Robotic Cleaning
Part of Fresh Air Solutions arsenal of cleaning equipment is the Lloyd's MI-180 robotic cleaning system. This compact robotic vehicle has an integrated digital video recorder allowing us to inspect and document the condition of HVAC ductwork. The MI-180 is also designed to carry various payloads, such as pneumatic duct cleaning attachments used for cleaning, coating and sealing.
The robotic system is designed to clean both sheet metal and lined air ducts from 8 x 6 inches to 24 x 24 inches in a single pass. The microprocessor operated system has a cleaning range up to 200 feet. New camera and LED technologies provide an abundance of light for high quality recordable digital video. These advanced features allows Fresh Air Solutions to quickly identify HVAC contamination, cases of sick building syndrome and significantly improve a buildings energy efficiency.
